I'm so glad this is happening. My mom asked me what I wanted for Christmas yesterday and I told her I don't need anything. We've got Gruden and that's all I need.

Exactly.

Everybody forgets, in the NFL, the players are grown men who get payed more than the coach does. I have a friend who did some physio work for a pro team and he said that the players were mostly just egotistical and condescending, even to the coaches.

I think Dooley will coach against Kentucky regardless of whether an announcement is made next week or not.

What I can absolutely see happening is that an announcement is made on Monday that the Kentucky game will be Dooley's last game. Then, Gruden is announced the week after the Kentucky game.

Not saying this is true or false but people have said they were touring schools. If that is true why wouldn't you tour every school that could be any good. CAK, Webb, Catholic are all excellent academic and athletic schools. Webb and CAK both won the state last year in football. JMO but if it true that things have picked up this is very plausible...

Too much "I told you so" goes on over there already. We will bring the class. Announce a party to celebrate. As soon as it is officially announced one of the OGs should start the thread in the main board, then ALL the Grudenites check in on it and welcome the new coach. It will have thousands of posts almost immediately.

he's a cloumnist who gets paid for an opinion piece...

of course I'm in Nashville,and know absolutely nothing also...but I have Boro,OV and Gman...:)
