If official visits from recruits start back up on 11/25 wouldn't the AD want to announce Gruden then so as to get a jump on recruiting some non-stiffs?

It would be awesome but not probable it will be announced that quickly. A week to 10 days hurts nothing if your name is Jon Gruden.

What matters is NSD and keeping Bray out of the draft imo. If Bray stays the Oline will largely remain intact it seems. Grudens staff could make him a Heisman consideration given his talent. Problem is at the end of his neck.
