Funny you should say that...my brother in law was arguing with me last night...said he didnt want Gruden because he was fired from TB...I says that plenty of successful college coaches sucked in the NFL if thats your logic, look at Saban...he proceeds to say "Well, Sabans got the players..."

I am thoroughly convinced that if Gruden cant coach (not possible IMO) that the level of talent his name alone brings in here is enough to win championships...
