Showing my age but I remember my first. 1978 against UCLA. Was around 7 yrs old. We lost but from that day on, my blood ran orange. If Gruden comes the O&W game might be a good one to take him to. If not, should have plenty of games to choose from. 4-5 hr drive from Bham isn't bad except for the traffic from time to time in Chattanooga.
Don't get me wrong bluegrass has a place with me in music but it is far from my go to music. I drive around town playing music over 145 DB's and bluegrass just won't get you there.
Pappy is the best in my book, just a pain to find.
Your only 7 yrs older than me, I was born in 78'.. But kinda banking on Gruden being in Knoxville come spring so I'd love for him to experience that and be on the field and meet the players. He would love it!!!
And I'm scared to ask what you're idea of "rock" is.
GMAN,Hayseed Dixie sounds very good at 145db,especially
Gin and Juice..
Waylon is real country as far as Im concerned...
but more into Alice In Chains...but really into Volbeat lately, not just because the name either...
but has to be the best name for band....EVER...
Gruden has made his living as an NFL coach and has never been a head coach in college, but I think Gruden is itching to get back to coaching and would at least listen if approached by Tennessee about their potential open coaching job.
However, after four years in the booth perhaps Gruden is ready to scratch that itch and get back on the sidelines and embark on a different challenge at Tennessee.
