Woke to an epiphany this morning: Be thankful Florida, Georgia, LSU and Bama are not looking for a coach this morning. Is there any doubt one of those teams would have alreADy locked down Gruden for 100 million if necessary??? That's the difference between UT and (see above). This is Tennessee Football 2012.

I just can not believe that this is being single handedly by a man only employed for 14 months who makes $750k a year. NOPE! Somebody, I can't remember who, made a good point/fact?? the other day: Manning, Fulmer, and Haslam meeting with Gruden. That makes sense to me! Hart is just the University representative in this deal.

Manning is playing qb for a playoff team w 5 games left. Why would he be spending time with a coaching search?

I think Manning had more to do with this than people think. Gruden respects Manning, and who knows what was said--- If Gruden stays long enough, maybe he gets himself a new OC in a couple years and we can refer to him as CPM?! Stranger things have happened.

Or maybe he wants him to come in, Right the ship and keep his seat warm?

I've said all along, don't care how long this takes as long as it ends with Gruden in orange but I would love to see it announced in the next 48 hours and still some thunder from the SECC game! Gruden 2012 GBO!!

If Ainge is correct this morning, then that's it...I am throwing in the towel. It's over for Tennessee football....

He's likely not done anything more than maybe made a phone call or 2, or had someone do it for him. There's no way he's had any time to meet with anyone, nor do I believe for a second he'd actually take time away from his JOB to do that.

Manning is famous for his film study and prep, so no way I'm buying he's heavily involved.

Manning don't JUST play football! I mean, I work a full time job and I do other things, too! Lets say manning works on football 10 hrs a day; that leaves 14 to do whatever he wants. Besides, this deal has been going on for a while!
