Here is my only problem with Gruden. I don't see this as his end his career job! I think he would get back into the NFL within 5 yrs and we are back to square one.

I would take 5 yrs of Gruden but if he takes the job and moves his wife back home he will have a hell of a time convincing her to leave. Plus if its true about the 8yr 58 mill not sure many NFL jobs pay that. He is wanting something long term so it could be his last HC job.

Here is my only problem with Gruden. I don't see this as his end his career job! I think he would get back into the NFL within 5 yrs and we are back to square one.

I could care less if this is any coaches last stop.

My concern is that we hire a coach who will get our program back on track and win championships while he is here. If that means he will only be at UT 4-5 years and can accomplish that, then so be it. We are not hiring someone to be our pal or family member.
