Saban and Meyer denied too. Just saying. Why would the boosters be spreading these stories around if they weren't true? Thy have nothing to gain from that. I've heard too much stuff that lines up exactly with what others were told for me to believe its over. I am no longer 100% but I still all Gruden.

The only thing that leads me to believe this is not a smokescreen is the vitriol of the statement by lemonte. Seriously bridge burning comment there if a deal was there to be made.

Nothing. As has been stated on multiple shows. Hart did not start till this week. We just fell for all the smoke screen talk. Just read the posts, we sound exactly like the people on grudenville, yet they are crazy and we were the sane ones?

At this point this too, and we'll look that way thanks to Lamonte but there was way too much no response previous to this for him to use the words fantasy land or whatever.

Ok then I'm an insider too because I've doubted this whole time... It didn't take a huge leap of faith to doubt this whole thing.

Stoops has been consistently good in his career and has been decent in recruiting. Fisher is a terrific recruiter that hasn't done too shabby himself in the win-loss column. I think Fisher has a little more fire than stoops and I am a big recruiting guy.

Yea, I want Gruden as much as anyone, but anyone that thinks Fisher is not a helluva coach, does not follow football and recruiting. When he got to FSU they had sucked for about 5 years and he has turned them back into a power. His offense is about the power run game and play action, his D is an attacking 4-3 much like chavis. Thats how big boy football is played in the SEC. IMO. The guy can flat out coach and is one of the best recruiters in the country. O, almost forgot, he also has a NC ring from LSU. Anyone who thinks Fisher is Dooley 2.0 obviously needs to be kicked in...the balls!!! :hi:
