I thought Mullen was bad. He looks like an absolute grand slam rock star hire compared to Schiano.

Phillip is a great guy and a fantastic coach. But, he has no AD experience, and his time as a Head Coach has passed. He is a great Ambassador for the University and no one can ever doubt that his blood runs Orange.

But, he is where he needs to be at this point in his life.
