I’ve got a buddy that runs a food truck in Knoxville. Will McBride came by to get some tacos and when asked about the coaching search, he told my friend that the team was 99% sure they were getting Gruden. This was probably 2 weeks ago, so things could have changed. I won’t believe it until it happens but I have hope hearing that from a current player.

Was he taking some tacos to Arian Foster?

Different matter entirely. But you can't break the news to an athletic department, take away their work cells and expect them to sit on that news.

Now, they can ask to leave personal cells "at the front desk" for a limited period of time. But not "confiscate" them for an extended period of time.

No. It would be business as usual for him with MNF. Texans are one of the teams playing. He would be doing interviews and just hanging out in general to get a feel for the team to provide good color commentary on the broadcast. Probably with the Ravens tomorrow.
