Only one of these coaches has worked out. NO CHARLIE STRONG
Strong rumors are proving to be just that, rumors.
More rumors (confirmed?) That Gruden was in fact at the HoF ceremony tonight.
Even the local media said Hart would do one final interview tonight/tomorrow before deciding on a coach.
It's setting up to play into the narrative presented, almost perfectly.
I am so scared right now that there are no smokescreens, That maybe Tennessee is just not the place that coaches want to be. I mean if we can't even get a Charlie Strong, WTF?
So its possible this is a small time booster wanting to sound big time to his friends on the phone I guess. Or maybe he really is a big booster, who knows.
I'm not for sure about tomorrow but by the weekend I would think this is over.
I have done a little business with his company in the past. I met him 3 or 4 times and he always talked about the vols. He had some autographed jerseys and tickets to special games in his office. I dont really know anymore than that.
100% Gruden. I've been lurking around since Gruden VIII and it keeps getting better. Your posts are some I actually listened to. I took some time to figure out who to believe and who to skip. Just hoping tomorrow swings in our favor
