This is so petty. Jimmy Fallon has likely never watched an entire Arkansas or Vermont basketball game in his life. He is just randomly picking some upsets just like all people. What a weird thing to go on Twitter and do.

I did not get to watch the UK game.

It seems entirely inexplicable to me. Can someone explain how it happened? Best I’ve heard is Wheeler played awful.

Guys like Wallace are still fixated on the idea of Kentucky. He would get more developed and have just as much or more success here. Basically bailed at the last minute. Without a transfer likeTshiebwe, they are probably not a .500 team again for two years in a row.

Cal basically started the 1 and done philosophy. It benefited him tremendously early. It opened Pandora's Box though. Now everybody is doing it. And when everyone is doing it, no one is doing it. Basically, there's no advantage there anymore. So he's lost that monopoly. All he has now is probably the long list of NBA first rounders with he one championship.

Obama picked Vermont as well. A lot of national analysts picked Vermont just like they did with Colgate over Arkansas last year like they never learned.

Arkansas Twitter can be brutal when you slight them and I think Musselman feeds into it lol. Nolan was kinda the same way (obviously before Twitter) in using anything he could grasp to put a chip on his teams' shoulders.

Hog fans still mention 247's Brad Crawford having KJ Jefferson as his 14th ranked QB in the SEC before last football season in every one of his Twitter mentions to this day.

Honestly Arkansas' game turned into free throw shooting. Legit the only reason they won was they hit more than Vermont.

Arkansas was 20-25
Vermont was 10-17
