*OFFICIAL* March Madness Game Discussion Thread

Let it happen to us and see how we feel. Oh wait it’s already happened twice against Michigan and Purdue. You think those fouls should’ve been called or the refs should have let the plays go on?
The Michigan game, there was definitely enough contact to issue a foul but I thought it should’ve been a block instead of a charge.
You didn’t answer the question. We lost that Purdue game directly because of the call. We were up two, they call a foul on the three and luckily Edwards goes 2/3 and we salvaged going to OT. Still lost but the foul shouldn’t have been called to end regulation.
Turner fouled the guy. We don’t like it cuz it went against us but his lower half hit Edwards. They would’ve called it in the first half so it doesn’t make a difference when it occurred. We should’ve hit our free throws that game and not fallen behind by nearly 20 points.
Yeah I’m not calling it if the game is tied.
Wow. In this case, I’m smacking the hell out of every shooter when the game is under a minute to play to prevent them from scoring. Now how ignorant does that sound?!

First time I can remember a four FT trip to the line. And make them all. And then get the ball.

So UT and Michigan are tied tomorrow, we have the ball last. 10 seconds left Chandler goes up for a game winning shot and gets hacked across both arms by the Michigan defender and the defender doesn't come close to getting any ball. You're 100% fine with no call there?
Yep, just like everyone else seems to be fine with the Purdue call.

Find a way to win. That Turner call was not a foul btw. Edwards kicked his leg out to get the call.

But you know such a foul can make making a shot literally impossible, right?

That's like saying pass interference should be legal at the end of games in football.
It was legal in the Saints vs Rams game a few years ago apparently 🤷‍♂️

Now you’re just talking to hear yourself. He asked you if a guy gets blatantly hacked across the arms shooting the game winner with a few seconds left and you are saying let it go? That’s just silly and isn’t worth discussing. And if a UT guy did it, I’d tell you it was a foul. The one today wasn’t as blatant but by definition it was a foul——twice.

Thank you for your input.

Kind of want Illini to win I’d rather Arizona have a potential tough sweet 16 matchup, and im not a fan of Houston but they have been coming on late so maybe im wrong about them
