Official Nashville Predators Thread

Agree there, too. There's time to find something though.
What's the deal with Laine this year? Scored 44 goals last year, 70 points...this year he's on pace for 55 and is a whopping -22 +/-. The next worst guy on the team is a -7. I know +/- can be a misleading and is an imperfect stat, but that dude is on the ice for a ton of even strength goals scored against and nowhere near as many goals for.

His shooting % was flukey good previously, he's still got a chance to pot 40 despite being "only" around 14%. I might toss the +/- out as an aberration, though he's definitely not a 200' player

Thanks for the input, I'm brand new to hockey and still learning. Excited to see what the playoffs are like.
Nothing in sports quite like playoff hockey to me. I enjoy it even more than I do march madness or the World Cup.

Granlund appears to be on the 2nd line with Jarnkrok and Turris with Simmonds skating with Grimaldi and Gaudreau.

This team is just awful, they get a goal to make it 4-3 and then turn it over to allow another empty net goal to put the Jets up 5-3.

I really wish someone would have gone after Lowry for that stick to Forsberg. No doubt in my mind it was intentional.
