Official Nashville Predators Thread

How is this team playing so bad ?

They look lost at times. Have so many turnovers right at the blue line allowing odd man rushes. Goalies are letting several soft shots get by them too.

Keep this up, there may be a coaching change. You don't spend that kind of money in the off season to get these kind of results.

Also, when Preds play Oilers, maybe have someone whose job is to stay stuck to Draisaitl. That's the Oiler player they need to focus on, feels like he scores 2 every time he plays Nashville.

At this point they're going to be sellers at the trade deadline.

Or there's about to be a coaching change

I haven't been able to watch but I can't help but see parallels between the Titans and this Predators team in that they thought they could put some pieces together and run with it....... And it's failed miserably.

So what is the issue with this team..... Are the pieces bad fits? What is it?

Is this an issue from the top down? Too much talent to be this damn bad. Honestly the goalie decision and contract is baffling to me. Had a chance to pivot but we doubled down....... This is a management, coach and player issue.

From the top down time for inflection.

Coaching malpractice early tonight.....

If it just me or does he give off used car salesman vibes?

First game I've been able to watch all year. We sustain no pressure, can't control the puck. Three players in the same space on the ice makes it very easy to defend. No space or lanes to shoot

......that was absolutely pathetic..........what a complete meltdown in the last 1 min. I agree to clean house......they have the pieces and they've had time to gel and I'm seeing no progress. Time for new coaching staff.

Agreed, they are pathetic. But some of the moves made.....I didn't get. And the ones I thought would be great aren't working together. At what point do we look at the GM and issue blame?
