Don't get me wrong, Brady is the ish, but Manning has never won a playoff game throwing for less than 200 yards and 0 TDs, and I bet it never happens. BB is the man. This D is so banged up and they are still so devastating.
So you have faith in Peyton beating Brady? He had a 28 point lead earlier this season and couldn't out them away. Peyton gets worse in the post season. So what gives you any indication that Peyton can win?

Aside from those early years of the Indy/NE rivalry, they've been pretty much equals. The big difference in those early days if the rivalry was that Brady played on a team built for the playoffs and Manning played on a team built to beat a bunch of average or bad teams in the regular season and roll up huge stats.
Win or lose I think each players history shows them to be among the best ever.
How did that 28 point lead occur? Brady fumble, ineffective Pats offense and some crazy plays. How did the lead evaporate? Manning INT, ineffective offense, crazy plays (punt hitting O player?)
Unless the QBs are playing Madden against each other it is a team game and no team has been consistently better than the Pats. Brady is a significant part but BB is the cog.
So I "yawn" at your Brady is better than Manning comments since it is a completely subject assessment and both guys can lay claim. The reality is they are 99% alike and figuring out the 1% is futile
