Was reading Tony Basilio's site a couple of days ago. His recruiting expert stated that Tennessee's staff would take Williams over Dickerson. Still may be hope for Kongbo or Brown.

There's always a delay from when they sign, fax, and it is received by the staff. All of the paperwork needs to be reviewed by the compliance staff before it can officially announced. The announcement will come shortly.
