Dont forget about bull sharks..........

I was wake boarding with some buddies (of course beer was involved) out in the St Johns there and one day I wiped out and was just sitting there treading water waiting for my drunk friends to come pick my ass up. In the back of my mind, all I thought about was getting grabbed by a gator (you could see them on land on both sides of the intercoastal). Before my friends came and got me, this big black head came out of the water right in front of my face. I flipped out and started kicking and punching anything I could because I thought I was about to be lunch. Turns out it was a manatee and it just swam right by me. Ever since then, I was always a little nervous to wakeboard that water.

Lol odd. I've gotten two open container tickets on Huguenot Beach. They started getting bad about it there for a while. Only place in florida where I got a ticket for an open container on a beach. I did fish little and big talbot many times. Great area for fishing

They'll definitely get you out on the main beaches. That's why I prefer the more secluded areas. Dumb law.

How could I forget the most fearsome water dwelling beast around here. Water moccasins, gators, bull sharks, they aint ****.

Have that thing pop up in your face when you are in between two shorlines full of gators and they look a little bit more scary lol.

I was fishing off the pier in Panama city last year, and saw one swim up behind a couple. They both screamed bloody murder.

Had one swim right past me last time I was in the water off Siest Key. Fortunately I recognized what it was pretty quick, so panic was avoided.

Hey AirVol, you recently asked about how most of us use VN. Got me thinking about the PC MODE that i never use because it is slow and glitchy. Logged on today in PC mode to test it. Saw that a mod gave me a warning almost 2 months ago. Was unaware because that communication doesn't come through on the mobile side (or I don't know how to access it). So, if you skirt the rules, push the boundaries of decorum, are a bad judge of appropriateness, or are a pest, you may want to monitor your control panel periodically.

I use the iPhone mode and my "Warning" came to me via email before I submitted the post. Lol

Thanks, I check often for warnings myself. 2014 wasn't a good year for me....:)
