I'm sure it has allot to do with the person as well. My friend had issues, but then again I'm not sure that was the right dog for him.
BTW... Beautiful dogs.
I want to have my female bred (that's her looking at you in my avi), but you're right, they're not for everyone. Super-high energy, sometimes neurotic, always extremely possessive and protective dogs.
I can't, with any conscience, sell them to just anyone. I'd have to have a contract with law enforcement or similar agency before breeding.
They are beautiful dogs, but then, all dogs are.
Those are not dogs.
It does kill me that so many people went out and bought them after those stupid Taco Bell dog commercials. They thought they were all cute and cuddly, not realizing they are (or can be) temperamental, hateful creatures.
And upon discovering this fact, many got sent to the shelters and pounds since people didn't want to deal with them. And as much as I dislike them, I hate they were euthanized.
