Thanks guys.
He finished the first round:
1st event. 1st place
2nd event. 5th place
3rd event 5th place
Not bad. Top 5 finishes
2nd round starts at 3:30.
If he does well the 2nd round he will have enough points to compete in nationals in OKC next summer. It's a week long rodeo. He will be sporting some Vol gear that week!
Can he sling a football?
The word that I got from a fairly recent Mizzou grad is that a lot of fans are mad at the football team over the protest. They feel embarrassed.

My thinking the entire week was the notion of MO riding a wave of emotion, and winning this game was 100% nonsense. I feel for Pinkel, but his team is a mess and his diagnosis is the only thing that kept the team from bailing out on him, after all he's done for them.
Once the game started and everyone realized that it was cold as **** and the other team was significantly more talented, I doubt anybody was thinking about the coach, or their absurd protests.
Pinkel deserved better
That was Pinkel's last home game of his career & his team was not motivated enough for a victory tonight.
They should be embarrassed from the fat college kid in the stands w/no shirt & showing his ugly man-boobs hooping & hollering like a crazy fool in a losing cause at the football game tonight which ESPN2 kept showing him coming back from commercial breaks.
Well his 2nd round of events
1st event. 3rd place
2nd event. No finish. Timed out
3rd event. No finish. Missed the calf
All in all not too bad. 4 top 5 finishes and he won $59.40. He's stoked.
He needs 3 more top 7 finishes to go to nationals.
Several more rodeos to get there.
Yeah. He can throw the ball. Probably no more than 12-15 yards though.
