Good luck with that Bear.

One major mistake I made in raising my kids was I never taught them the correct definition of the word borrow.

Well after I get her through her undergrad, she's off. Will graduate with no student debt....then she's on her own

Mine have been on their own for several years but during their college/younger years it was constantly "Dad can I borrow $x." They have done pretty well for themselves.

Good job

I havent allowed her to work and just want her to focus on school, so I'm hoping that doesnt backfire when she graduates

Ever thought about adoption......or putting your semen in a chick to carry a kid?

Several years ago we talked about it, but world was different. I was concerned it would make life harder for a child. There was also a lot of doubt around parenting skills; I can be a bit selfish at times.

There is no refurbishing. We roll them to scrap, then, recycle them as billets for the mill.

This is the basic concept.

Gotcha.... I was thinking about the type of rollers used later in the process. One of my customers provides them to the steel industry and I know they have accounts in Birmingham

Yep, it's a travesty. But, you gotta be able to compete.

A couple of my tool and die accounts have told me more than once that companies can ship the steel to China, have a die made, ship it back to the U.S. and then have an American shop properly spec it cheaper than having it made in the USA. They say their work is $*•* and that they always arrive out of tolerance.
