On the History Channel right now is a program on the 9/11 "conspiracy" versus the facts.

Does this same logic apply to the 110+ senior military, intelligence service, law enforcement, and government officials who expressed significant criticism of the 9/11 Commission Report or have made public statements that contradict the Report? Several even allege government complicity in the terrible acts of 9/11. How about the 240 + Engineers/Architects, 60+ pilots/aviation professionals, the 160+ Professors that question 9/11, the 190+ 9/11 survivors/family members, and 100+ entertainment/media professionsals who express significant criticism of the 9/11 Commission Reports? Of the one's listed, what about the ones that again, allege government complicity in the tragic 9/11 events? Are they all "nut jobs", too?

Also, on August 31, 2004, Zogby International, the official North American political polling agency for Reuters, released a poll that found nearly half (49.3%) of New York City residents and 41% of those in New York state believe US leaders had foreknowledge of impending 9/11 attacks and "consciously failed" to act. Of the New York City residents, 66% called for a new probe of unanswered questions by Congress or the New York Attorney General. I'm going to assume that a majority of these people are somehow excluded from the term "conspiracy theorist", right? So now we have some heavy allegations from the New Yorkers, yet I'm the one who gets labeled a conspiracy theorist (who, by your logic, believes in all conspiracies (Lizards rule the earth and the Greys read my thoughts)) because I go as far as to say that there is more to this story? In fact there is only a very, very small doubt in my mind that, indeed, there was government abetment involved in the 9/11 attacks.

That documentary was so bad, it may have even helped the debunkers.

Key omissions:

-No mention of the drills that were running in sync with the hijackings, which, mind you, by "coincidence" mimicked the live event. Drills were also "coincidentally" running during the Underground London Bombing.
-No mention of Bush's peculiar behavior and non action when notified of the events.
-No mention of the FBI sting operation in the 1993 attack on the WTC.
-No mention of the ISI connections and ISI director-general Lt-Gen Mahmud Ahmed who allegedly who wired 100k to Mohammad Atta before 911, and on the morning of Sept. 11, Porter Goss and Senator Graham were having breakfast with the Pakistani general, Mahmud Ahmed. 9/11 Commission Report didn't mention this either.
-No mention of the 47 core columns creating redundancy in Buildings 1 & 2.
-No mention of potential bribes by Pakistan to the 9/11 Commission.
-No mention of George H. W. Bush spending the morning of 9/11/2001 meeting with Osama Bin Laden's brother at a Carlyle Group meeting.
-No mention of Marvin Bush's company Securacom running "security" for the WTC and Dulles Airport.
-No mention of the fact that no Muslims were on the flight manifests on ANY of the planes.No mention the fact that most of the evidence was sent to China immediately after locating the Nova Scotia gold in the rubble.
-No mention of the UNOCAL oil pipline deals through Afghanistan.
-No mention of the troops that were amassed on the border of Afghanistan before 911.
-No mention of the "Airlift of Evil" or the incident at Tora Bora where Bin Laden was allowed to escape, which is covered extensively in "911 Press for Truth".
-No mention of Michael Springman - former consulate officer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where 15 of the 19 terrorist hijackers obtained visas - and his testomony about being forced to give clearance to potential terrorists while working with the Saudi Arabian Embassy�
-No mention of the FOIA notes from Rummy telling his aid minutes after the Pentagon attack to blame this on OBL and Saddam Hussein, "Go massive . . . Sweep it all up. Things related and not."
-No mention of the high level authorities out for 911 truth.
-No mention of the fact that the Bush Administration did everything in their power to stop the investigation into 911, only losing in the end to the FAMILIES of the victims, and why no mention of the victims family members, and first responders who are with 911 truth?
-No mention of the fact that many FBI agents were trying to warn their superiors about Muslims learning to fly and not land was omitted, as was the fact that the pentagon had on its own web site a plan to highjack planes and fly them into that building, yet were still completely caught with their jockey shorts down� Remember Condi Rice, "never once did we consider that planes would be used to attack the US."
-No mention of Dave Frasca, head of the Radical Fundamentalist Unit of the FBI, who sat on five different investigations which dealt with 9/11. He forbid agents from looking at Moussaoui's laptop after he was arrested, while at the same time failing to pass on information dealing with flight schools and Al Qaeda. He stonewalled on three further investigations involved in the plot. Frasca was not the only one blocking FBI probes into Al Qaeda. FBI agents have gone on the record saying that their investigations into the Bin Laden family were thwarted by the White House, under the executive order W199I. After 9/11 Dave Frasca was promoted.

The so-called documentary promises not to look at the flaws in the official story from a neutral perspective but to start out by suggesting that any deviation from the official line is "outrageous". Not to mention the obvious slanted views when you see the term "experts" popping up after the "conspiracy theorists" have talked. Where did that neutrality go? There are many, many more talking points that were omitted or distorted. This film is nothing more than a boring hit piece.

but, if the first attack was so successful, why hasn't another one occurred? It seems to me that if the Conspiracy were real, there would have been additional attacks.

also, the fact that 9-11 Truthers are allowed to exist (since the "government" has a history of silencing it's critics) tells me that the Grand Conspirators either don't care that their actions are exposed, or they are figments of very creative imaginations.

As everyone knows, Bush flew one plane, Cheney another, Rice another, and Rumsfeld the fourth. All parachuted out at the last second, of course! Then Bush and Cheney went back to their bunker and built their racist hurricane machine that created Katrina, DUH! Perfectly feasable. :crazy::eek:lol::crazy:

Scary thing is, some people actually believe this crap!

Just like Alex Jones' bullhorn rantings, the LC crew have flaws in their film presentations. But regardless, they're fighting for the good and I respect their work. Loose Change: Final Cut will be released the 11th, IIRC. I hope they hit the nail on the head with this one.

Not at all. I respect his tireless effort, his films, his radio show, his websites, and the message/infomation he presents to the people (even though most view his as a kook, he is a hardy researcher who backs up his talk with facts), but he is, by no means, considered a hero to me.

Speaking of trip/land mine detectors, my brother wanted to work as one of those people. damn recruiters made it sound like a fantasy.
