I don't think that at all... And I would never hold up a banner that says I'm smarter than other people, that's fairly poor social behavior... but since you brought it up, I am smarter than other people... Unless you have an IQ higher than the mid 160s... which some people do, but based on your emotional response and personal offense taken to how I speak, you're probably not one of them...

Also, a person's IQ isn't influenced by their emotional responses and amount of offense they take personally.

It's an intelligence quotient, not a emotional quotient.

I'm saying peoples emotional responses are influenced by intelligence... At the very least I would suggest there's a solid correlation...

And yes, I'm clearly a troll.. Very obviously a troll, I'm going to tell all my troll friends to troll harder because we're so trolly...

You condescended to those who serve burgers and fries. Everyone has to start somewhere. But your affluence has you disdaining your Burger King brethren? EAD

My IQ is way above 160.

And you are wrong.

Game, Set, and Match.

You may not be trolling, but your alliteration makes you sound like you haven't made it out of high school yet. Attempting to discredit others because of "emotional responses" definitely wasn't the best move by you.

Show me solid evidence where I am clearly wrong, and I will gladly accept that you are right... And to the poster above you: quality post, nicely done...

I hope he doesn't come here just for that reason... People this insane deserve to be disappointed... Plus Patterson is a better coach...

Why don't you go root for TCU? What a bad attitude.

Not many coaches can continue winning with aging players, no draft picks, and salary cap hits...

Fact is, Dungy couldn't get it done. Gruden did in 1 year. Have you ever stopped to think during every offseason why numerous teams have tried to court him?

Didn't seem to hurt Monte Kiffin (Gruden's DC the entire time he was in Tampa) very much. ONE of the two was able to put a top ten unit on the field. I'll let you guess which one.

I'm not sure if people aren't understanding me, or if there are just a lot of people in here whose work day consists of asking me if I want fries with me burger...

A BCS win and a Superbowl win are at least comparable for the sake of conversation... You can lose 6 games and win the Superbowl, you lose two college games and you're probably out of getting into a BCS bowl...

Howie, I appreciate what you're trying to do, but logic doesn't work with Grudenites. They're completely blinded by that Super Bowl ring, and cannot see past it no matter how many times you bash them over the head with facts. Loved the part about Gruden's record post-SB, though. That was AWESOME, and something I never thought of. Kudos.

he got it done, then he drove it into the crapper.

Good coaches overcome objections. If he was as good as you think he would have had a better record as well as more than 2 playoff appearances which were also lost.

One hit wonders wont cut it in the SEC.

Greve, when's the last time someone told you you're awesome?? But, like I said to Howie above, logic and facts don't work with Grudenites.

Players got old, didn't have the picks or cap room to replace them, that's what drove them down the crapper. Even good coaches aren't involved in lopsided trades like that.

(*sigh*) Asked and answered. Look above.

Can't be serious... Why couldn't they get there with Gruden???

Because #grudenisGARBAGE and Monte put a #1 ranked defense on the field?? Jon Gruden owes easily 75% of his wins in Tampa to Monte Kiffin's defense, and anyone who can't see that needs to put a welding mask on to get out of the glow of that (ill-deserved, IMO) Super Bowl ring.

Careful breh... You may "come off as a jerk" to those who disagree with you, and that's clearly "trolling"... Seriously, I grabbed some popcorn and watched the meltdown here Friday, all the while laughing my ass off, good times... I'm having equally as good time with the "Dave Hart has already blown this" crowd...

I kind of relish the "bad guy" label, though. If I get marked as such for telling the truth, then so be it. I've lost track of how many folks got me on ignore at this point 'cause of the Gruden thread(s). Not bragging, just find it utterly hilarious how butt hurt people get when someone's vocal about an opinion that differs from their own. And then the name calling (and insults) begin. Those are especially wonderful, don't you agree, bruh??
