and no... after the Titans lost I didn't jump on any one team.

I had teams that I would have preferred to win each week, but not a specific one. You were all over the Patriots since week 8 or so.

And Tom Brady isn't the only "good-looking" guy in this years playoffs - but you chose the Pats anyway? Why? Because they were 16-0. If that's not bandwagon... then what is?

Thats a good editorial. A guy who keeps his team going full throttle when up by 35, won't be present to watch his ship sink.

I believe it was Wellington Mara, during the search for Parcell's replacement in New York, said he wouldn't hire Belichek because he was "The worst individual i have met in my 50+ years of involvement with pro football"

I guess we can add "classless coward" to "cheater" and "homewrecker" on his resume.

I don’t understand most football fans around here. I think I’ve figured out why people hate the Patriots. The same reason people hated the following people at one time or another; Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, the Yankees, and Alabama Football (at one time) -because they are winners. Most people truly don’t want to see you have real success in life! It’s true!
You can mess up and win one Super Bowl, but if you start really building a dynasty and dominating the opposition people will hate you because of it. I guess its jealousy, but I applaud greatness and I am a fan of hard work, perseverance, determination and all the things the make up greatness.

How can a REAL football fan not have pulled for the Patriots this past Sunday, unless you’re a lifelong Giants fan and we know there weren’t many of them before Sunday. Say what you want but Belichick takes players that everyone else thinks is washed up or doesn’t have what it takes and then makes champions out of them, just like someone else I remember –The Bear! I never thought I would see a perfect season in the NFL during my lifetime and it broke my heart to see it fall through with 30 something seconds left. And honestly, I haven’t been a lifelong Patriot fan, but I am a fan of the NFL and of what they have been able to do in the past 7 years or so. People didn’t hate them when they beat the Rams in the Super Bowl of few years back. Oh but once they continued to school other teams the HATERS come out! Ridiculous!

As a REAL FOOTBALL FAN I have been in awe of what they have accomplished since Belichick went there. I am a fan of greatness - yes bandwagon or not. I would be in awe of whoever accomplished what they have been able to.

and hey if you like pulling for underdogs The VOLS is a good team to start with - lol

Well LSU is the only school to ever have won two BCS Championships. That's pretty awe-inspiring. Go post on their site.

ah, they'll be in the discussion...the AFC East isn't exactly overwhelming. the phins are going to suck. the bills aren't great and the jets, well, seem not to be able to get over the hump.

at worst they're in the wild card game as a division winner.

Here's a little tidbit.

The DT that blasted Brady (Alford) is the same DT that victimized Jacque McClendon is his first start at OG in the Outback bowl in 2007.

I know they'll make the playoffs. That was assumed. They just won't be going anywhere though.
