I'll take Seattle all day over Peyton.

If you let Peyton have the rest of the Broncos I might change my mind.

I feel like every year has its own "Jerome Bettis is from Detroit."

This year is "Richard Sherman went to Stanford." Agree/disagree?

Haha, Brady got an MVP vote? HTF?

Also, OPOY, how did Manning only get 33 of 50 votes? Dude he just had an all-time great season. Probably THE all-time great season. Nobody else even arguably had an all-time great season. Who the hell would vote for anybody else?

And I would have gone Mathis for DPOY, but Keuchley (sp?) ain't a bad choice.

I think some people (for whatever reason) try to choose someone besides the MVP winner for OPOY.

The Brady vote is sort of funny. Guy used "having played the position" as his reasoning.

Wikipedia mentions:

2005 (Shaun Alexander)
2012 (Adrian Peterson)

Not sure if that's the entire list, though.

Listening to talk radio over the past couple days, many keep mentioning that the Broncos haven't faced a defense as tough as Seattle. I would say the same applies to Seattle in that they haven't faced an offense like that of the Broncos.

I am feeling a Broncos victory of around 10+ points. Something like a 28-16 game.

Ya'll are crazy homers. I love Peyton and all, but he can't do anything to speed up the game when Seattle has the ball. They will grind. Keep in mind that Seattle has played top 10 defenses in 5 of their last 6 games. They'll score on Denver. Also worth noting, Denver has the most lost fumbles in the league (16) and Seattle has a +20 turnover margin (39 takeaways). Peyton will do his thing, but in the end Denver has too many holes.

Go Hawks.

You're not a homer at all. Seattle scores in large part because of field position. Against SF and NO they only scored 6 total points on drives that started inside their own 35.

The more the Broncos move the ball the more trouble Seattle will have scoring. If the Broncos play a clean offensive game I can't see Seattle scoring more than 17-21.

Saints and 49ers have much better defenses than Denver. Against defenses ranked outside the top ten, Settle has averaged more than 31 points per game.

Right, but SF and NO were going 3 and out. Broncos D have had 2 good games in a row and it's in part because the Broncos have been moving the ball every drive. 1 punt and no 3 and outs. If the Broncos D is always on the field, they will give up a lot of points.

Broncos by 14. Manning is going to go all surgical on their azz and take Sherman to school. I love the smell of burning Seachickens in the morning. Denver 35-21. GBO.
