Vols first test a pass.

They were stopped in game one but proved to be a small hindrance as the vols made it two days in a row with comeback wins both times scoring six runs.

Great to see as I predicted.

Vols in their first real test win 2 of 3 games on the road vs the sun devils making a statement vs a quality opponent.

Suck it the sun devils as the vols shined brighter even with it on the road.

I think the point is valid, but the diction is confusing to me at least. Vols first test: a pass. or Vols pass their first test, or something would make it sound less like Yoda was speaking. :) Just how it came across to me

I say it again, I can deal with homerism, but blatant talking down about the other program is just below amatuerish.

I'd say our weekday starters of the Martins and Marks are pretty damn good also. We have an excellent pitching staff from the Ace ( Nick Williams ) To the Closer ( Drake Owenby ). Everybody else in-between has done pretty good so far. I'm very happy with our performance.

And how great it was.
Vols lost their first game 3-1 but a fluke it was as the vols make it two games in a row coming back and in both wins scoring six runs.

Some famous person said adversity reveals true character. The character of the vols a rebounding team that proved whether the deficit is 1 or 3 they won't be denied.
