i never imagined being taunted with "overrated" and fans storming the court after beating a tennessee men's basketball team.

Yup.

It's going to be an up and down season. Still, if we can get a bit more basketball IQ, we can make a decent run in both the SEC and NCAA Tourney.

I don't mind losing, but I wish people would stop with the spinning of the loss. "They played lights out"; "They played their game of the year"; "They would have beaten any team in the nation".

Seriously...stop sounding like UK fans.

That's two games in a row where we couldn't hit a shot to save our life. It's been a while since I've seen a TN Men's Basketball team be that cold from the 3 point line. Our atrocious perimeter shooting really hurt, but then again so did our defense.

I hope UT fans never do the overrated chant again. It takes away from your team's win if you say the opponent is overrated. Stupid

This game reminds me of the 2007 game when we had Florida at home, and beat the living crud out of them for most of the game. It's just Temple doing the beating today.

I hope our road game gets a lot better than this.

Except for the fact... we were a good team in 2007.. that beat another good team. Not a very average mid major type beating an overrated major team. And not just beating us, spanking us.

Tyler always comes ready to play.

Our problem is that we're not smart. And that is something you can't change easily.

I heard Daniel West, though not book smart, was bball smart. We miss him like the desert misses the rain.

That's probably true, but at the same time unless everyone figures out how to play offense (or we start hitting the 3) it's going to be a long season. I don't see our defense getting much better, but I might be shocked. So, unless we can start nailing it we're in for a few more Ls.

This team will have a hard time making it to March if they keep playing defense like a bunch of 5th grade girls. Pathetic!!

How in the world did we lose to temple? If it wasnt for Christmas's hot streak they would have never stood a chance. But to me tennessee just isnt lookin like the same team the past 3 games. :no:
And whats funny is that after the game all the temple fans were saying they were number one..Please. lol if they even get ranked after this game it would only last for like a week. hahahaha

Temple is nothing close to a top 25 team.
