Me either, but we'd have to beat them by double digits to take the officials out of the game. No chance an official wants to be on the end of a call in a close game that ends K's career. They will get every benefit possible from the stripes.I saw Lunardi has us in a region with Duke today
I wouldn’t mind being the team to end Coach K’s career
They're an interesting bunch. Not much in the way of accomplishments in basketball over the past 25 years (and they haven't been nearly as relevant/successful as Tennessee during that time), but they very much act like their program is one of the blue bloods. After scrolling Twitter and the Arkansas message board, I’m pissed off and actually ready to physically whoop their whining little a**es Saturday!! They’ve been spoiled and think they’re the king of the mountain in college basketball rn... TBA better be turned up to 10 as soon as they walk in the building. Tired of hearing their mouths yap
Oh a win would be glorious. They're an interesting bunch. Not much in the way of accomplishments in basketball over the past 25 years (and they haven't been nearly as relevant/successful as Tennessee during that time), but they very much act like their program is one of the blue bloods.
A win would be nice.
He has Kentucky and Auburn in the same region. Surely he's aware that won't happen. Assuming his bracketing is generally in-line with the seed list, Duke is behind Kentucky who I would imagine would prefer the Chicago region and can't be in Philly w Auburn anyway. So I'd guess they'd get Chicago, Duke would go to Philly. I think the odds of Tennessee being in Duke's region are probably low since Auburn/Kentucky will probably get Philly/Chicago where we wouldn't be able to go, and Duke has a higher likelihood of being in one of those two.I saw Lunardi has us in a region with Duke today

Baylor and KansasHere's a thought exercise. Let's assume for a minute that we are a 3 seed, and that the committee doesn't put us in a region with either Kentucky or Auburn. Actually, even if we get a 2, it just means we push 1 of these teams down, so I don't think it changes much.
Pick 1 team from each pool to form the best region to land in.
Pool 1 (likely 1 seeds): Gonzaga, Baylor, Arizona
Pool 2 (likely 2/3 seeds): Kansas, Duke, Wisconsin, Purdue, Villanova, Texas Tech
For me, I don't want to be anywhere near Gonzaga or Duke. I'd also rather not play Purdue again (painful memories). Kansas, Wisconsin, and Texas Tech don't scare me at all. So I would take any of those 3 and I guess Arizona.
