yeah but at the same time, they can't just throw out the bad losses and away from home record


It's good to keep an upbeat attitude, just don't get so wrapped up in it that you're going to be absolutely devastated if they don't

It really is a terrible bubble this year. UT is an intriguing choice for the committee though. They've emphasized "record w/o a key player" and Kenpom/Sagarin all season long. UT has both of those in it's favor.

I wouldn't count on a bid, but I wouldn't necessaily be schocked either.

That's what I'm wondering?

Do we root for Florida? My hunch says yes but I'm not sure

Also, we need UNC to beat NC STATE, hopefully they'll pull away late.

Vandy needs to beat ole miss pretty handily as well.

Ken Pom and Sagarin ratings aren't any stronger than other bubble teams. Iona, Drexel, NW, and NC St have better numbers and they don't have an RPI in the 80s

As much as I want to see Tennessee in, I just think Zo had too big of a hole to climb out of from November and December.

But those teams don't have the top 50 wins UT has and didn't finish as hot as UT.

I hear ya. And "down the stretch" record should be taken into account but you can't ignore certain games.

History is made to be broken so maybe the first 80ish RPI team gets in.

To be fair, Drexel and Iona just didn't get the chances to play top50 teams like UT and did finish as hot as UT.

But, here's to hoping we see Orange on our screens tomorrow!

These next games starting we need Vanderbilt to beat, and preferably crush, Ole Miss.

If the SEC gets a fifth team invited, it won't be Mississippi State. I can't believe they're even on the bubble at this point. They're a completely different team from where they were when Tennessee played them in January. In contrast, Tennessee is too, but they're in a better position.

IMO...

If SEC gets 5 it's ole miss or Tennessee.

A ole miss W today and it's them I'd say...

A loss and it's either Tennessee or a 4 team league IMO
