Rod Gilmore Espn college football analyst said today on college football live that TP is taking heat for basiclly being a young black male that got the program in trouble but nobody is blaming the white haired 50 year old white guy who is the head coach.

IMO this is BS, both men mucked up and both needs to go. What do y'all think?

It's true that Pryor is getting far more heat than Tressel from Buckeye fans. That being said, I don't think it's about race at all.

So if Pryor was white he'd get a pass? I really get annoyed with the press beating the bush trying to make things racial. It's like LG teaches journalism.

How dumb do you have to be to know that the coach is in trouble for things you are involved in regarding free cars, illegal benefits and such. And then you show up to a meeting in one?

And has generally sucked. If he had lived up, even a little bit, to the expectations and justified his HS attention whoring, they'd be less pissed.

It's pretty simple. OSU fans have long seen Tressel as a model of integrity and a good person. They've seen Pryor as a guy that loves attention and makes stupid decisions again and again. When two people are at the center of a mess, Pryor's the easier target.

Yes it is. I was starting to see more OSU fans call out Tressel, but after resigning and hearing about Pryor and his cars, they've made Pryor the scapegoat.
