OK so how do we get to a bowl from here (revisit)

6-6 is all you need. If we go 6-6 we are looking at either the Music City Bowl or the Liberty Bowl, both in the state of Tennessee. If we go 8-4 (HIGHLY UNLIKELY, C'mon people give it a little time) we will finish second in the East and with some help could even go to the SECCG.

6-6 is the goal, anything better from there is playing with house money.

That's what I thought. I had heard from others that we needed 7 wins, due to some of our opponents or something.

I don't really think Mizzou or Auburn are high liklihood wins. Mizzou is a newcomer to the SEC, true, but they were eviscerated by injuries last year. The previous 5 years? 48-19.

They do have USC this weekend followed by Tenn. If USC punches them in the mouth UT could have a softened up Mizzou team. Regardless, given how the team has played on the road... it's hard to predict a tough win @Mizzou.

Auburn has a cupcake and then Arkansas before they go to UT. They have a high octane offense and a defense that has holes but buttons up when it needs to. Don't feel good about this game. Didn't like it coming into the year, don't like it still.

Auburn will be a tough game. Their QB runs very well and that sort of spread running from sideline to sideline is definitely our weak point. We will fare better against Bama running up the gut against us than Auburn running from side to side IMO.

I think we match up well with everyone except Bama. I think Auburn will actually be tougher for us than Missouri. Maybe I'm mistaken but I think we beat them.
