Okay this "War on Women" thing is getting ridiculous

yes thanks to endless taxation, regulations and entitlements, we've effectively made everything more expensive for everyone to live here.

Taxes were much much higher back in the 40's, 50's, and 60's when the majority of women stayed home.

Say what??

Taxes weren't higher then.

The both parents working was one of the end products of WWII.

I would agree that wives and children should be left alone on all sides. But that's just me.

The exception being when the wife willingly participates in campaigning and general politics. You can't have it both ways.

In the 1950's the highest tax bracket was 91%. When Reagan was elected it was 70%.

Just stay and your bubble that Obama is trying to over tax Americans.

You kidding brah?

GSA-holes - The Daily Show with Jon Stewart - 04/05/12 - Video Clip | Comedy Central

Not only did the government blow almost a million dollars of our money in Vegas, they blew it on lame bull****. Canteens, clowns and bicycles? You're in Vegas! Unless those canteens are filled with cocaine, and "bicycle" is a government acronym for "Japanese **** swings," you are a disgrace to corruption everywhere. I think I'm less upset about the waste of money than I am with the waste of opportunity.

We haven't had an economist in that office in, well, basically ever. Would be nice if candidates talked more about who would advise them on such issues.

Bill clinton was a rhodes scholar who majored in economics. Don't agree with his policy or respect him as a man...but he is a brilliant economist. I would rather him run this country than Obama anytime.

What wife doesn't stump in some form? Sure, some are more involved than others, but all are involved. Where do you draw the line?

Let me rephrase: Private family matters should not be involved in politics, especially those involving children. Attacking Ann Romney's staying home with the kids is idiotic and out of bounds. If the wives are publicly advocating policy, that's different.

Is Hillary Rosen working for the Obama camp, the DNC, or just a commentator that is a Dem? I have read conflicting reports on this.

might want to check your facts regarding Clinton's education

He can run intellectual circles around Obama, but he never majored in economics. He's a lawyer.

Clinton was closer to being the socialist the republican echo chamber claims Obama to be.
