Ive been watching a little bit of the OU gm and their Dline is down right scary. Were having a very hard time run blocking and pass blocking against Ark.st. it makes next weeks matchup look very very tough in the trenches!

The game has yet to be played. Nobody knows what's going to happen. Good job already thinking negatively guys.

Ya Worley won't be able to get the ball off. Our line is hard to watch.

Obviously, OK will be a much bigger challenge. If we play a turnover free game, continue to play solid defense and have Worley continue to throw the ball as well as he has, we can pull an upset. No doubt about it. It will be a very competitive game. GBO

I would love to prime the orange Kool aid pump but we are unable to get any push to establish a running game. Difficult times ahead starting with the Sooners. Will still squeeze out 7 wins though!

You nailed it. Our D is key to the Okie game. We got to keep the score low to have a chance. If its a shootout we lose.

Arky St DL<<<<<OU DL...
and Arky St is stuffing the running game and getting pressure...
so its not hard to see what could be coming...

It's not hard to see that we are a yr away. Our OL just needs some more experience and they are getting it everyday. But the reality is we play in the SEC and these boys have to grow up quick and get down right mean. They will be playing grown men next wk against OU.
I am not saying we can't win, I am just saying that we will be overmatched and will have to play a nearly perfect game to win. Just part of the growing pangs. They will become better for it and the they will work harder and harder to be the best and we will see this pay dividends in the near future.
No need for meltdowns, just stay patient and trust in Butch, UT is on its way back to prominence!!!

He's not being negative just realistic. Our O-Line has struggled to run the ball against Utah St/Ark St... You really think that's going to change against Oklahoma, come on man we simply aren't there yet. We will be lucky to reach 100yds rushing against them. We will need to be creative.

The problem with being 'a year away' is the uncertainty at QB we'll have to face next year.

This will be as bad as Oregon was last year. We probably won't get 50 yards rushing with the read no-option.
