My local paper, which is owned by Gannett, hasn't hardly said a word about TN Vols Baseball this whole season. Guess what's on the front of the "sports" page this morning? Notre Dame stunneds the Vols in Knoxville..... bunch of low-life ass-hats for sure.

It’s news because Tennessee was one of the most dominant teams for the ages.
Went a Mind blowing 57-9
Dominated the best conference all season 25-5
#1 most of the year
Won the toughest conference tournament in the country easily.
Was just a few innings away from making the WS.
You gotta be good, you gotta be healthy and you have to have luck when it comes tournament time (2 of the 3 were out of their control)

Thanks! I’m petitioning for the football team to use the baseball Vols script as an alternate. I would love for it to go with the black unis whenever they wear those. I think it would look pretty cool on the front of the basketball jersey as well.

Not saying that I disagree with ya, but you know how hard headed some of the traditionalist are. They would die if we came out in a helmet that didn't have the Power T on it. I mean as sharp as the Smokey Grey Helmet was, folks were up.in arms about it. I really thought Nike did a great job with that aspect of the alternative uniform.and

Guys, I know I’m gonna catch for this but, I have to share a crazy/funny story with you guys.
I have an account that is in a really old, historical building. This morning, I’m going in to make an order, now keep in mind, the hours have changed, so I’m the only one there, walking through this dark @$$, creepy place, using only my phone flashlight. This place has a reputation for having weird things happen and some say it’s haunted. I’ve always brushed that off to nonsense, even though the long time workers have shared stories with me.
So I’m in the cooler, counting stock, putting together an order, when the cooler door closes on me, completely!
This is an old cooler door and you have to physically close it when your done!
I walked straight the eff out of that place and BS’d my way through the rest of their order, from the parking lot!!

It is. I’ve gone into this place, every week for over 1 1/2 years. Sometimes I have to put a shoulder into the cooler door, to close it.

Reminds me of my sister who is a realtor. She’s currently trying to sell a house that still has the slave quarters in the basement and the graveyard where they buried the slaves is on the property. All sorts of stories about how the house is haunted. Needless to say, no buyers yet.

I figured. I’ve been to that joint a few times. Bartenders tell stories and sometimes you don’t know if it’s fact or fiction. There’s a few places around here like that, I live down the street from one. It’s still a house. But I could see it becoming Baker’s Peter’s East. Lol, a lot would have to change, I tried to buy it. My wife told me I was crazy. She wanted to know why. I said it would be fun to run it as an Air B&B, she said why.

I said nobody will stay for breakfast.

As a teenager, a bunch of friends & I went to a supposedly "haunted house". As I started climbing the stairs I reached the bathroom area. As I opened the creaking door to the bathroom to see what was inside .... I immediately saw my reflection in a mirror on the wall ..... I almost chit in my pants thinking it was someone in there looking back at me. Lol ... it scared me so bad.
