Thanks. This is my 7th move since graduating. I lived in Toledo for 2.5 years. What an arm pit. Worst place that I have ever lived. I'll welcome the hilly terrain and cooler weather.

The clouds would cover the sky about October. You wouldn't see the sun until about March or April. The lake affect weather kept the cloud formation over the place. I did watch a couple of Mud Hen games.

The dugout would be a great thing to add to LNS. Haven’t seen a stadium yet with “field level dugout” that compares to real stadiums. Baseball fans and stands need to be down lower in baseball.
