Records are meant to be broken, especially single season 3 point records in today’s game. It will probably be broken again in the near future. Now the career record Lofton holds for the SEC, that one might take awhile.

I know they are but I can’t help it. I love Lanier, but not like I did/do Chris Lofton! Chaz just kinda feels like a VFL rental, Lofton invented the term VFL!
We got to see him grow, mature and blossom into the Chris Lofton we all love, got to watch him become a leader and become part of the community.
We watched Lofton work hard and then watched him work even harder to overcome cancer.
We watched him carry his team, inspire his teammates and our fan base.
His parents became a part of Volnation.
What I know about Chaz Lanier...he’s from North Florida and holds our single season 3pt record.

Chaz was actually born and raised in Tennessee. Wasn’t his fault he rode the bench in high school until his senior year and then only got 2 scholarship offers. It’s not like he wanted to play at North Florida. That was pretty much his only option out of high school. Same with Knecht. Wasn’t his fault he was looked past.
