6:48 my time. i guess their getting rested for the game. on game day i'm up early, can't sleep. too much anticipation i guess. always looking for that VOLS victory.

my game predictions are:
score=42-7 tennessee
o mvp=riggs(187 rushing yards, 39 receiving yards, 3 total tds)
d mvp=simon(2 sacks, 4 tfls, 14 total hits, 1 pass deflection)

surreal checking in here...Go Vols! Doggone it, I ought to be right there on Cumberland Avenue about now.

owb just called and said he is just past the Dollywood exit (407) and will be in K-town shortly.

I'll bet it is a beautiful day down there.

I will most likely not be able to get the game on the tube up here. I might check to see what it costs on ESPEEN's package.

Anyway, it's almost time for more football in Tennessee...GO VOLS!!!!!!!

ok for one, I love waking up at 8 and we only got an hour to game time, its pretty sweet.

And for the girl, she is doing alright I guess. Her friends hate me cause they were all laughing that I had dimples on my face so i told her friend that her second toe was longer than her big toe and she looked like a hobbit. then when she got mad I told her to take a midol and chill out.

you know I really think herbstriet comes on this site. Not because he stole my line, but because everytime we all start bashing randy sanders or something like that, he mentions how much tennessee is ripping there OC

The Vols need to smash Ole Miss, not just beat em. And not just because they were downright rude to coach Cut as in heres your hat sorry you cant stay but the Vols need some big high scoring wins for national attention.

i dont like polls, but i think if we win it close, we jump minimally. while if we win big, we could jump pretty high.

I think if we run up the score we can move up in the polls pretty high this weekend. I am thinking there are going to be upsets today.

We need to dominate but there are 2 concerns for me:

1) look ahead game - given the near disaster in the first half at LSU, I don't think the Vols will look past OM

2) short week and intense game Monday - some of the o-line went about 90 plays. We might be a little down on sustained intensity.


That said, we should still pound them.
