Here's a chance to go on public record with your prognostication as to where Dooley's 2011 recruiting class will ultimately finish in the national rankings (using Scout or Rivals).

Per Rivals...

One 5*, twelve 4*'s, eleven 3*'s, two 2*'s...2065 Rivals points, 10th place finish

I'm going to guess top 12, only because we are going to have to get so many big uglies. THey will bring down the total ranking a little.

You're not the first I've seen say this and I don't get it...

About 1/3 of the total Rivals 4 and 5 stars are interior linemen...why do people think we can't have a highly ranked class if it's full of OL/DL?

It's not that we can't.

It's just the way Rivals rates their guys will hurt us some. You see how Rivals gives each team like 2,000 points or whatever for their recruits?

Well, skill position players get more points than lineman even if they are rated the exact same.

Example: a 5.8 4star QB is going to gain more points than a 5.8 4star OT.
