Mizzou was charmed. Most if not all of the teams in the East capable of beating them including UT lost key players heading into their games. MU is well coached and had some studs. Pinkel did what he's good at and filled around the studs with role players. But the historic thing about those role players (including most of the returning guys) is they never become anything more than role players. The "stars" for them to play in support of are either very young or not on their roster.
I don't think MU was as good as their record last year which IMO will make their dip this year look even more dramatic. IMO, they'll be fortunate to make a bowl. They could lose to Toledo.
