optimistic outlook vs pessimistic

We predicted a meltdown with the first loss didn't we.
Good grief. 3 games into the season and already have our worst game of the season out of the way.
Won't be many if anymore games where we shoot under 30%.
Come January and conference play Stokes will have it together and shooters will be more confident.
RELAX!!!

I hope you are correct and poor shooting isn't a trend we start seeing. What bothers me is come NCAA selection time, games like this really hurt us last season. We must win some good non-conference games or we will be on the bubble once again and possibly left out of the big dance. Until Maymon returns, I don't have a lot of confidence in this team based on what I have seen in 4 games

The losses that hurt us last season were to 150+ rpi teams. Oakland and AP types.
This one won't hurt as bad.
I'm not real confident either, but this was just a bad game all around.

I hope your right, cal. OK ST was 15/18 last year with four returning starters and they had 3 injured so they are not a power house team.

Losses to quality NCAA teams is definitely not what hurt our NCAA chances last year.

4 games, we are 2-1?

These are the teams we can't lose to:
Oakland, Presbyterian, Western Carolina

Any losses to these and we're watching in post season.
