Who cares what the Boise player said, that cheap sh** should not be tolerated at all on the field. Then he tried to be a Ron Artest about it...

A hefty suspension is due here. He cold cocked that guy when he was facing the other way. What a hard ass.

then suspend the Boise State player too, he was a jackass and put his smacked him on the shoulder pad. I was raised not to run my mouth, but I would have done the exact same thing. ESPN tried to act like a cheapshot, but as soon as he touched him Blount turned and dropped him. He didn't try to sneak up on him or anything. It's not Blount's fault that dude turned around to make sure all his friends saw him do it.

The Boise State player said have a safe trip home and God Bless.

Ask Blount what he said. I'll bet he disagree's, obviously Boise's coach got over there as soon as he saw the guy walk by him.

Blount was frustrated, it was a natural reaction. His excessive activity after that hit is inexcusable though, as is this really but I can at least see where he's coming from in his first punch.

I dont think the Boise state player will get any penalty. I mean he didnt punch the guy. He hit his shoulder pad. It had been getting hit all game anyway. I know it was a different situation, but still. He was still pretty bold to do that right in front of his coach..

Is anyone serious? Did they see how he acted??

That dude is a straight up thug. No two ways about it. No excuses.

Chip Kelly is gonna have one helluva week, that's for sure.

Just watched the video, thanks by the way!! It looked totally like a cheap shot. The Boise St player just slapped him on the shoulder pad like to say, "Hey man, good game". Well that is my take on it anyway!!

I'm 100% serious. I don't blame him one bit. Yeah, he should be kicked off the team. Yes it was stupid. But I wouldn't sit there and think. I'm representing the University of Oregon, the fans, and my family. I would think, "the hell with it" and throw that punch.

Blount has been talking trash for months. Don't know what the guy said, but it looks like Blount can dish it out but can't take it.

No, that douche hasn't been talking trash for months. He said that they (Oregon) owed them an arse kicking. That hardly qualifies as months of trash talking. The Boise State football program doesn't occupy anyone's thought process for that amount of time.

I'm not trying to defend him - he was in the wrong. But, you and I both know that if you're gonna slap someone on the shoulder and leave them with a few choice words, then you better be ready for retaliation.

That entire game, including the aftermath, was one giant clusterf**k.

Au revoir.
