This puts Chip Kelly in a bind due to him giving in and reinstating Blount last year. I feel like he has to make a statement with James.

thug u strikes again.

is bellottibod going to still claim the ducks don't have a discipline problem? they've brought in thugs that no other pac-10 program would touch for years and it's finally catching up with them now that bellotti isn't there to keep em out of trouble.

You're smoking if you think that before this incident, Cal wouldn't have welcome LaMichael James to their program with open arms if he wanted to transfer there.

Whatever happened with the Masoli/laptop deal?

It's rumored that the incident went before a grand jury recently. Other than that, haven't heard much.

The theory that someone posted about the frat covering it up appears to be bunk based on the news reports of the frat members calling the media and calling the players names.

Not a theory, it's fact. Do your research on the situation; the frat was vocal at the beginning but suddenly became real quiet when the implications of their actions became clear.

Certainly you know who runs the AD of Oregon right? Saving the starting QB's ass from the law is just part of the cost of business for Mr. Knight.

Their kicker was beaten within an inch of his life about 2 weeks ago. Thankfully it looks like he's gonna recover.

There was a running back from Nebraska in the 90's, can't quite remember his name, that dragged a girl down a flight of stairs in a frat house and he was fine. Went to the NFL but ended up in the euro league. The thing with America is you're only found guilty if you're poor or not famous or you are famous but they need to suddenly make a public example out fo someone for political reasons and you're the scapegoat. If you're not one of those three things you can kill somebody in the middle of the day and then drive your Bronco down the California interstate and Johnny will make it clear that the glove just don't fit ... especially when you're spread your fingers as far as possible and the prosecution is too stupid to notice you're doing it ... but I digress.
