Oregon to jump UT?

They value conference championships and wins more than anything from what we have seen over the years. Best case is ND wins next week and USC knocks off UCLA.

Conference Champs only matter when the conferences are worth a damn. The PAC 12 is going to be the 3rd or 4th best conference.

If the choice is between a 2nd SEC team or a PAC 12 team with questions, the SEC team (especially if their SOR and SOS is better will get in)

So if TCU makes it to the Big 12 title game undefeated but then loses, does that leave them out?
Absolutely, they were only going to make it if they were undefeated. Certainly wouldn't make it as a 12-1 non conference champion.

The bias towards Michigan/Ohio state will cause the committee to have one of them with 1 loss bump us despite our superior SOS

Good Lord I didn’t say TCU could beat TN. No way that happens but based on how things have unfolded to date, they are a clear 4.

Likely they are left out but a lot of stuff can still happen. Depends on who else is lobbying for the last spot/spots. If Tennessee wins the next two either spot 3 or 4 is ours. Take that to the bank.

Committee values the pac 12 this year. And a conference championship and an extra win is huge. They have the pac 12 as the 2nd best conference overall.
