I'm not sure even Alabama would be able to slow Oregon down. I don't know how you stop that offense. They will score as many as they want on us next year. I wish we could get Chip Kelly but with the Nike money there is no way he is leaving Orgeon.

I don't think Monte Kiffins defensive works very well in the NCAA.
Not as bad as Sals but not in the same clas
s as Chiefs or Sabans.
6:41 to go and Oregon has hung 55 on USC .
This is the Ducks we're talking about... I honestly think that mid-season, they can put the speed limit on any team in the country, Bama included.I don't think Monte Kiffins defensive works very well in the NCAA.

Oregons offense isn't unstoppable if you have weeks to prepare for them.
Facing the ducks mid season and in a bowl game are two entirely different things.

See TOP's post. There is an abundance of precedent for this. If the Ducks and Bama were to play for the title the week after conference championship week, then it would be a really good game.I'm sure Saban will figure it out with time to prepare but I won't be convinced until I see it. There are flat out wicked on offense and the QB is just a freshman. I see a bunch of teams lobbying the NCAA for a couple of rules changes to try and slow them down.
