Orson Charles (announcing at 4:30 pm EST)

Charles waited his FSU visit a "perfect 10."

Says he has no leaders and will decide after visits.

"I loved it," Charles told Warchant.com. "It was a 10."
"I made the trip with my mom, my brother, and my uncle came in later on," Charles said. "They had a lot of questions to ask and they got them answered. We got every question we asked answered and Coach Coley answered a lot of them and to touch base on it, we talked to Jimbo. They answered all of the questions that they needed to. I was pretty happy with that. I think all of us were happy with what they had to tell us."

"The highlight for me was getting to know the coaches much better and having a chance to ask questions with them answering them with no hesitation," Charles said. "A lot of schools tell me I have a good chance of coming in and making an impact but Coach Coley showed me that at FSU. He showed me why Florida State wants me and needs me."

"He broke that down with no hesitation whatsoever," Charles said of Coley. "He broke it down and showed me on a board, walked me through it, and he showed me it with no hesitation whatsoever."
"This weekend really, really helped them," Charles said of the Seminoles. "But as of right now I don't have a leader. Now we just have to write things down and evaluate things to the end."

personal friend of orson, considering miami, fsu, usf, ut and georgia. this was the kid who dropped the national championship trophy this past summer at uf. Doubt seeing him go to usf. Only reason he would go to georgia is because of murray. Ut should have a good chance, really hoping he comes

fumble!!!!!

There has been a recent trend of athletic tight ends to want to come to a school as a "big wide-receiver," but Charles only wants to play tight end.

"A couple of schools have talked to me about coming in as a big wide receiver, but I don't want that," he said. "I want to be a tight end and I take a lot of pride in blocking and doing the little things."

This is what we need.

FSU, UF, USC, UT and UGA.

Already gone to UF and FSU. UGA next weekend, then UT and USC on the 6th of Feb.

I hope we can pull him, but it seems like FSU is the team to beat right now.

I think we can mark Florida off if he wants to be a true blocking TE as well

Some people on Volquest are saying he has dropped TN. Does anybody know anything?

I don't know where that started, but it doesn't seem like he's in a rush to drop anyone.

He's visiting USC on the 13th of February according to the new Scout article. He said his mother will accompany him on his Knoxville trip. That's always a good thing.

Gave his UGA trip a 10. He also gave his first 2 trips a 10. Still has to visit UT and USC. Won't be announcing till mid-February. Maybe Kiffin and Co. can get him to rank is visit to Knoxville an 11 or 12.

FL, FSU, USC, GA, TN
I think it will come down to TN and USC. Has anyone heard anything about how his visit is going? They should take the recruits to the college gameday

This is a FSU-UGA battle all the way. USC got in way late and it's too far from home. I think FSU gets him.

New article says that the coaches pitched early playing time as they are planning on playing Brandon Warren at WR.

"Wheww, boy that basketball game was nothing to play with," he said. "Everybody was there, there were no seats. And then I just imagined a football game and was like, 'Wow, that's the kind of atmosphere I would like to be in.' I enjoyed that."

He's planning a Feb 20 trip to USC. After that, he will make a decision.
