We have a staff that should be here for at least the majority of his college career. UGA has a coach that could very well be on the hot seat by the end of next season.

Until he can do better than beating Hawaii in a BCS bowl he shouldn't be too comfortable. If UGA ever wants to do something special they may need to go another direction. It's tough though... do you want sustained decency, or would you want to take a chance with someone else and try to acheive excellence?
