What do seasn tickets cost elsewhere and what is the required donation? We have Carolina, Baylor, Ucon, etc. fans on here, can you tell us?

TBA center court requires a $1,000/seat donation now. Can't remember the price of the season tickets or the donations required for other areas in TBA. Those nosebleed seats should be free...I get dizzy just looking up there:p.

This is where the fans actually have a voice and need to start making themselves heard. If the administration isn't going to make a serious investment in a real coach for what is one of the top two programs in the country, why should fans keep shelling out serious money to come to games?

A standard season ticket for the 15 games at Uconn is $300 and you can buy the split packages - Hartford and Storrs separately at the same average price of $20 per game
The seating is based on you total giving over the years, so how far back and in what section changes every year. Individual tickets to the upper areas (bench seats for the most part) can vary dramatically and change from face value based on demand - tonights game against Dayton two days before thanksgiving on a wintery evening are now available at $16 dollars, and are available on reseller sites from $11-18. They also do flex pack tickets - choose five games kind of thing.
The best seats are mostly filled with 'corporate' donors who have been giving $1000s for years and used by their employees or customers or for marketing. We get quite a lot of complaints from long term fans who have gotten frustrated as their seats have gotten worse and worse each year because they can't keep up with the more recent fat cat fans.

With parking and snacks it isn't exactly cheap for a family of four.

The CT NCAA sites have typically had the highest ticket prices whether opening rounds or Regionals - another standard complaint of fans.

Ouch! I think that is worse than ours due to the seat changing. I think that attitude will come back to bite in the future...I know several fans who gave up long held season tickets this year, decided cost just too high. And when (eventually it will happen) you no longer win at the current level, those fat cats will disappear. At that point you just hope your true fans have not been run off by previous practices. We have to donate to be eligible for parking and then pay separately for parking. There are areas available for fee paid though.

Two thoughts, I think TBA is a lot bigger than your venues. And the NCAAT games will pull in people from all over. Like us. If we ever do get back to the FF, the long term season tickets holders will be far down the list to get a ticket...like you said - fat cats.

Your cost of living is higher than here though, so don't know how to compare purchasing power as to cost.

Would love for a SC fan to post. I think they still are working hard to build a committed fan base. My family is in Charleston though, so they don't attend (they listen/watch) and I don't know actual costs.
