Ouch... Bama media piles on

The one thing you have to respect about Alabama is that the stakes are high there and they understand the meaning of it all even if their bozo of a coach doesn’t. That is why beating them will always be the best, it will sting them everytime because they truly care like we do. That is why the TSIO is and should be at the top of the entire college football pecking order. The two greatest teams in southern football and the right team won again this time!

Well, this saves me from starting a new thread. I wanted to ask if I had somehow fallen asleep and dreamed the game. It seemed the referees false flagging penalties blatantly in favor of Bama. I'm sure my eyes deceived me, or I fell asleep and dreamed the game.

Oh BTW, when I awoke (???), the Ga-Texas game was on. I saw that Texas, Tennessee-ed the refs. We should send them a shipment of French's Mustard in case they do it again.

He seems like bama’s version of our KNS Adams, but he’s not wrong. Wish all the media would be vocal against the obvious flopping as it needs to be removed from the game.
Sean McDermott said so when this occurred. There has to be a rule put in place to take the “injured” player off the field for the rest of the series in cases where it’s obvious they flopped. It’s just happening too often and ruining the game.

Not wrong about this.

“Alabama led 7-0 at halftime, but it’s not like the Tide’s defense was playing all that great. Tennessee redshirt freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava just couldn’t connect with wide open receivers down the field. A good quarterback would have scored 40 points on Alabama, but we’ve already seen that story this season.”
Same thing could be said yesterday abut Texas QB, Milliroe, and countless others.
Beck against Kentucky was bad, Sanders last week…. With all the blitz packages and disguises in the secondary these days playing QB in college is getting more and more like the NFL. Nico is going to be fine!!

Take the player out for the rest of the half. They will quit.

The obvious solution, as many have pointed out, is not allowing the offending player to come back in until their teams next possession. Problem solved.

DeBoer was RATTLED last night.
But, but, but he said the crowd noise wouldn’t bother him. He’s heard crowd noise before while coaching Washington. 🙄🙄😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Yeah, that PAC 10 noise just doesn’t measure up to Neyland Stadium noise. It’s not even in the same stratosphere. Deboer won’t admit it today but he’s never heard crowd noise like he did last night.

Or if our RB hadn’t fumbled the ball away on our 1st possession inside Bama territory.

Sampson carries our offense, but that shouldn’t be overlooked with all the piling on our QB.

That was a fake quote.

Alabama should have been able to substitute but as it turns out, the same player can’t go in, go out, and come back in…that’s why the refs called substitution. I didn’t know that and neither did the Alabama coaches…of course I don’t get paid millions to not know all the rules.

That's the obvious and logical solution, been saying it since the Ole Miss game. It covers the NCAA's alleged concern for "safety" and it penalizes a team for resorting to this garbage.

Problem is, it's so obvious and logical that it will never happen.

This is pretty funny, but it is actually like some posts we see here after UT losses.

Debbie in Young Harris, Ga., writes …

This guy is not NEAR ready to coach SEC … I have NEVER seen BAMA play this bad … it’s like these kids have NO idea what to do!!!! And this is on the coach!!!! These kids need strong leadership and discipline!!! I am not seeing any respect … This coach can’t even dress himself for a game!!!! We need Saban back … God, I miss seeing Nick on the sidelines and I miss the respect my Crimson Tide used to have. How long is the University going to put up with this coach? This was a very BAD decision!!!!!

The more I think about it, the madder I get…This is the University of Alabama!!!!! This is not some po-dump football team … This is the University of Alabama!!!!!!!! I need to see that this man understands this!!!! Show some frickin’ RESPECT and do your [EXPLETIVE] job!!!!! Stop trying to make excuses and when you are interviewed…Say something that makes sense!!!!!!!!!!!!
