I and lots of other fans on here are definitely not happy with this hire at all!!

In my opinion yes. He’s never been a head coach at any level. He’s only been an oc for 1 season. There’s absolutely no way to evaluate him because anyone would look good with all the offensive weapons Clemson has at their disposal. And separately, Clemson play absolutely nobody during the regular season. It would be a total craps shoot. Butch, Dooley, and even Pruitt were much more established commodities when hire than this guy. Would be such a ridiculous and unnecessary risks. There are excellent/proven guys available in this cycle

Literally no evidence to prove that he's a phenomenal play caller. My mom can call plays for a team that almost exponentially out-talents their entire conference.

Not surprised... I wouldn’t expect a splash hire. Also, volnation has so many insiders I tend to think you’re blowing smoke. No disrespect but I think you’re FOS.

Tough to call plays with a generational talent at QB and more 5* WRs, OL, and RBs than anyone not named Bama I’m the country.

y’all need to freaking chill. He has his engineering degree. He’s an amazing person. Just look at his personal story. Look at how he’s stolen players from our state. Look at the class in this state next year. He’s a broyles award winner. He could keep ansley and Steele. He could bring Chad Morris in. It could be a slam dunk disguised as a single.

I still think it’s fleck or Campbell. I’m just so happy Pruitt is gone.

If that’s the case then I will support him until he proves he’s not worthy of the support. I hope he is successful and here for the next 20 years. His success is our success, after all.
