There are players on Top 10 teams who are not as talented/athletically gifted as MeMe or Jordan, but their coaches get more out of them. Dominique Dillingham at MSU will never make the WNBA, but she is a smart player and plays hard. I think that has more to do with coaching than the player themselves.

If MeMe or Jordan played under a better coach like Geno or Kim, and was relied on to the same degree they are at Tennessee (and not just some bench warmer) I would bet money that they would be more productive and overall better players than they are at Tennessee.

The ultra talented players like MR, Jaime and DD will find their way eventually, but it's that second tier that Tennessee has failed to develop in quite some time.

You are 100% correct, Amb3096. Holly lacks the ability to motivate players who are not self motivated. The LVs would be a top 5 team if Jordan, MeMe and Alexa were playing at the highest respective level. On second thought, maybe Jordan cannot play any better, but Alexa and MeMe certainly can.

I think we will see a better game out of both of them today.

Alexa wasn't terrible, but against teams that aren't Div II worthy, she will fail to have much of an impact unless more plays are designed to free her up for open threes. She will not be able to consistently create her own shot against just about any SEC team.

MeMe was 0-6 from the floor and had 1 point in her last game in 42 minutes of playing time, so it really doesn't take much for her to have a better game tonight...

Well Hello!!!! Another loss for this tournament team at home. Look good a quarter or more and like sh** the rest. Thow it up and away and shoot with no one down the court and another helter skelter game!!! Aint it great!
