Overconfidence - We are 3 last second plays away from being 3-3

Well, I was in Syracuse and Knoxville for the Arkansas games both in 98 - and if I am not mistaken, we overlooked those victories and kept our focus straight ahead. Hope you and VN believe we can do it again. Attitude is everything, right??? Plus, the way I see it, we only have ONE GAME to worry about on our schedule - UTM. Next week we can worry about some other team and hey, I don't give two rats balls if we win all the remaining games by half a point!! GBO

They have a bunch of dudes that will play on Sundays, 2 weeks to rest, a stout D, and have the best RB in the league. We only beat them by 3 last year (and we likely would have lost if the refs had caught the Levis face mask). There’s a reason the line is only -5.5. We all saw Missouri almost pulled an upset on UGA.

Perspective is important. We are one QB injury away from disaster. So for those who believe they should just go ahead and hand us the title, I simply suggest to enjoy this time but slow your roll so we all don’t look like fools to the world if we slip up. Other SEC fan bases would love nothing more than to see us crash and burn now. That said, I believe we are the best team in the country and this ride is amazing! I will talk so much smack come December if we get to and win in Atlanta. But for now, one week at a time is the way to get to the promised land.

I'm not great at math, but how many losses do we have, 0? 0-0=0 and 0+0=0 same as 0 losses means we're zero losses away from being loss-less with out a losing loser pointing out we could have 3 losses when we don't got no 0s, wait we ain't got none them loses, not 1, or, 2 , or 3. BVS, blah, blah, only got 6 wins and barely bowl eligible, yadda yadda, this post too long....6-0, ok!?

And other than UGA, the schedule gets easier and we beat both of our main rivals. I hate these threads.

Even great teams have at least 1-2 games a year where they "almost" lose. That 2019 LSU team is considered by just about everyone the best team in the last 20 years and one of the greatest teams of all time. They almost lost to Texas the first game of the year that season.

Good teams win games like these, bad teams lose them. This group was basically .500 last season and the season before that, literally had the worst season of any UT team ever, EVER!
